What is Render Loyalty?

Render Loyalty was created by photographer KT Merry as a place to cultivate thoughts and ideas and to share artwork dedicated to the vanishing species on earth. Based on the philosophy that we are all loyal to many things in our lives; family, friends, morals and ideas, KT challenges us to consider our loyalty to our fellow creatures that we share our planet with, many of whom are vanishing right before our eyes. Through documented stories and fine art imagery this website is a place to celebrate and support conservation and to cultivate hope and awareness for threatened species worldwide.

What percentage of sales goes back to the agencies RL supports?

20% of the retail price of your fine art print purchase is donated directly to our conservation partner where the image was taken. We also offer the 40" x 52" first-edition print of each image with 60% of the retail print price donated to the respective conservation partner. 

Currently our conservation partners are the Lewa Wildlife Conservancy and the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust. 

How do you select conservation agencies to work with?

Our mission is to provide financial support to the organizations that are truly leading the way in protecting threatened wildlife. We work tirelessly to find the best partners so that your purchase makes a substantial difference to the animals you love. Dedicated to providing help to a range of organizations representing a variety of threatened creatures, we select two new partners each season, producing a selection of limited edition photography inspired by the organizations’ invaluable work.

I have an agency you should consider. How do I get that information to you?

What is an Open Edition?

An open edition is a print produced with no preset limit to the number of copies that may be made. Each open edition is signed by KT Merry (on the bottom right side of the print, just below the image). And each comes with a Certificate of Authenticity. We currently offer only two print sizes as open editions (14.5” x 18" and 19” x 24").

What is a Limited Edition?

A limited edition is a limited run of artwork that KT Merry has numbered and signed, which means this is a collectible piece of art. KT Merry signs and numbers all limited edition prints (on the bottom right side of the print, just below the image) and each comes with a signed and numbered certificate of authenticity. We currently offer two print sizes per image as limited editions (31” x 40" and 40” x 52"). Prices are graduated so that as the edition sells out, the price increases. Once an edition sells out, it is closed forever and will no longer be available.

Will my print be signed and/or editioned?

Each print is signed by KT Merry (on the bottom right side of the print, just below the image) and is presented with a Certificate of Authenticity. If the image is Limited Edition, it also comes with a series number.

Do you offer framing?

We are happy to offer custom framing for all of the artwork. There are two framing finishes for you to choose from, which can be found on the individual product page.

What sizes/dimensions do you offer of the image, border, mat and frame?

We offer multiple sizes to fit your space and encourage you to measure your space carefully. We have provided dimensions for the artwork based upon the image size, paper size and frame size.

What is your return policy?

Due to the custom nature of our artwork, all sales are final. We have a non-returnable and non-refundable policy. However, if you received the wrong order or your order was damaged in transit, please contact us directly at customercare@renderloyalty.com.

How quickly will my order ship?

Your shipment date is determined by the type (unframed or framed) and the size of the artwork ordered.

All unframed prints will ship within 10 to 12 business days from the date ordered, using FedEx Ground.

For all framed orders, please allow 2 to 3 weeks until shipment. Smaller framed prints (14.5” x 18" and 19” x 24") will ship via FedEx Ground within the U.S.Delivery speed varies for international shipping. Please email us for international shipping quotes. Large-sized framed prints (31” x 40" and 40” x 52") will ship via FedEx Ground in 2 to 5 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

We are happy to ship unframed prints internationally. Please contact us directly at customercare@renderloyalty.com to request a formal quote for shipping to your international destination. At this time we are not able to offer international shipping on framed prints.

Do I need to sign for my package delivery?

Given how special the artwork is to us, we require that all prints are signed for upon delivery.

Will my order arrive ready to hang?

Each order arrives with everything you need to hang it immediately. You will receive protective paperback finish, wall bumpers, hanging hardware, nails and hanging and care instructions.

What if my order is lost?

In the unlikely event your package is lost in transit, please contact FedEx to report the issue and then contact us at customercare@renderloyalty.com.

What type of packaging do you use?

We ship our prints in custom reinforced cardboard boxes with bumpers enclosing and protecting them. Each frame arrives gift-wrapped in kraft paper and great care is taken to insure that all prints travel safely.

How do I track my order?

You can easily track the status of your order by logging into www.renderloyalty.com and clicking on “order status.” You must have your order number readily available to do so.

How much will shipping cost?

Unframed print shipping within the continental United States is a flat cost of $15 dollars.

All framed shipments, regardless of size, are a flat cost of $25 dollars.

Can I make a change to my shipping address, email or payment information?

If you made an error or need to make any changes to your shipping address, email or payment information, please contact us immediately so we can assist. You can reach us at customercare@renderloyalty.com.

The website is declining my credit card. What do I do?

Most often, customers encounter issues using their credit card because they have entered a name and/or address that does not match the billing name and address on file for the card. Please review your order to ensure this information matches. If not, let us know and we’ll be happy to look into it further. You can reach us at customercare@renderloyalty.com.

This is a gift. Do you include the price within the package?

We do not include a price or an invoice with any of our shipments. If you would like to include a handwritten note in your order, please email your order number and message to customercare@renderloyalty.com.

Do you offer gift certificates?

We do offer gift cards, currently by special request. Please email customercare@renderloyalty.com to learn more.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Do you collaborate with other brands/people/designers?

Can I purchase a high-resolution image to print myself?

Since our pieces mean so much to us, we have to protect their integrity. Therefore, we do not license our images for others to print.

Can I copy or use the images from the website on my own website, blog, business card, etc.?

We’re flattered that you like the artwork, however all rights to all the images on this site are reserved by KT Merry and are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Images that we share on this site are for informational purposes only and may not be used in any way without KT Merry's prior written consent.
